Membership

Types of membership

WMIP currently offers 5 types of membership.

  1. Professional Membership:
    Open to persons who hold a qualification in psychotherapy recognised by the Board of Trustees.
  2. Clinical Associate Membership:
    Open to persons who are working clinically and with a professional psychodynamic qualification recognised by the Board of Trustees.
  3. Student Membership:
    Open to persons engaged in a bona fide training leading to registration with UKCP under the CPJA Section, BPC or other institutions recognised by the Board of Trustees.
  4. Retired Membership:
    Open to persons awarded membership by the Board of Trustees who, having paid up Professional or Clinical Associate membership, have retired from their professional work.
  5. Affiliate Membership:
    Open to persons with a personal or professional interest in mental health, psychoanalysis and Jungian analysis.
