We meet regularly online (once every couple of months) and bring analytic thinking to discussions on a range of films. Group members suggest film and at the end of each session we draw the title for our next session. Films are introduced by the proposer who invites the group members into an exploration from a psychological perspective.

THE LAST MOUNTAIN
The Last Mountain (2021) is a poignant, visually stunning British documentary that chronicles the intersecting lives and tragic deaths of legendary mountaineers Alison Hargreaves and her son, Tom Ballard. Directed by Christopher Terrill, the film explores grief, obsession, and the profound emotional weight carried by the family.
The Last Mountain has a purity and simplicity that is somehow in keeping with the philosophy of its subjects. It’s a film about the inarticulacy of grief and the magnetic pull of the mountains. (Chitra Ramaswamy, Guardian 2021)
