Psychoanalytical psychotherapists, Jungian analytical psychotherapists, group analysts, psychoanalysts and Jungian analysts who have qualified through the WMIP trainings or other recognised trainings which are eligible for registration with UKCP (CPJA college) or BPC; child psychotherapists registered with the Association of Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists (ACP).

 

Application requirements:

  • Proof of qualification and registration with UKCP(CPJA)/BPC
  • Two references, one from a UKCP(CPJA)/BPC registered supervisor
  • Proof of insurance
  • Proof of professional will
  • Signed acceptance of WMIP Code of Ethics
  • Statement of complaints past or pending
  • CV
  • Statement of reasons for wishing to join WMIP
  • Application fee: £50

 

Those qualifying for Professional membership on completion of a WMIP training will already have met many of these requirements as student members, and should contact the Membership Committee (membership@wmip.org) regarding a change of membership category.
